The Church of the Holy Spirit is a rural Episcopal parish located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina, north of Asheville, near the college town of Mars Hill in Madison County. This is a welcoming, loving Christian community, committed to serving God, one another and our neighbors. Many have come to Holy Spirit from other denominations, choosing this parish for its warm Christian community. We accept others for who they are and welcome anyone, regardless of their social, political, and theological views. Come visit us soon. Here's when we get together:
Sunday Service
10:30am Eucharistic Service

(Banner photo above is of Holy Spirit Chuch in the springtime. The grounds of the church are maintained by volunteers from the church's members. Our thanks go particularly to Julie Johnson and other parish members, who steadfastly lead the charge against the weeds. Our ultimate thanks is to our Creator for endowing us with the beauty of Western North Carolina.)
